Common Questions
Answers to the questions I hear most from new clients. Don't see yours? Just get in touch.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Absolutely not. I specialise in helping people who are returning to fitness or starting from scratch. The initial assessment identifies your current capabilities and we build from there.
What if I have an old injury?
I work with many clients who have injury histories. My military background includes injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols. We'll work within your limitations and often improve them.
How do I know which training option is right for me?
Start with the Initial Movement Assessment. We'll discuss your goals, schedule, and preferences to recommend the best approach for your situation.
Can I try a session before committing to a package?
Yes, all new clients start with the 90-minute assessment (£65) before moving to regular sessions. This ensures we're a good fit before any larger commitment.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just comfortable workout clothes and trainers. I provide all equipment, water, and towels. For outdoor sessions, I'll advise on weather-appropriate clothing.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for regular sessions. Assessment appointments can usually be arranged within a few days.
